Enquiries
When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you provide, including your name, email, organisation and message. We use them to respond and discuss the work you are interested in. The website sends an email notification and stores an enquiry record, including the request’s IP address and browser information. Enquiring does not subscribe you to a mailing list.
Website analytics
We record page visits and interactions to understand use of the site. These records can include the referring page, device information and a visitor identifier derived from network and browser information. The public site also uses Google Analytics, which may use cookies and process information under Google’s privacy practices.
Service providers
Website hosting, email and analytics providers process information as part of operating this site. If you choose to book through Calendly, you provide booking information to that service under its own privacy terms. Providers may process information outside Australia.
Retention and requests
Website enquiry records do not currently have an automatic deletion period. Contact David at [email protected] to ask about information held about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Please avoid including confidential client records or sensitive information in an initial website enquiry.
